1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Keypert ("we," "our," or "us") at keypert.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe.
- A security deposit hold of up to $500 may be placed on your payment method and released 48 hours after checkout, provided no damages are reported.
- Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes and cleaning fees as shown during checkout.
- You must be at least 25 years old to make a booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 30+ days before check-in: 100% refund of the booking total.
- 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking total.
- Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Cleaning fees are always refunded for cancellations made 14+ days before check-in.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must comply with all house rules provided for each property.
- No parties or events are permitted unless expressly approved in writing.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise violations may result in early termination without refund.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. A $500 cleaning fee applies for violations.
- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded at any time.
5. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified.
- Self check-in instructions are provided 24 hours before arrival.
- Late check-out may be available upon request and is not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Keypert provides vacation rental accommodations on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, including but not limited to loss of personal property, injury, or interruption of services (internet, utilities, etc.). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hudson County, New Jersey.
